FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS TO A DIVERSIFIED CONGLOMERATE

OSK first began operations in 1963 as a small stockbroking company. From our humble beginnings, we evolved into one of ASEAN's largest regional investment banks in 2001.

Today we are a conglomerate with diversified interests in five areas of businesses namely: property development & investment, financial services, construction, industries and hospitality. The OSK Group businesses are conducted via OSK Holdings Berhad. With a workforce of approximately 1,800 employees, the Group takes a long-term view on all its businesses and seeks to build a dynamic and progressive organization. We remain steadfast to the values that have defined the way we conducted our business, and on which our reputation has been established.

1979-2010

PJD Construction Sdn Bhd was established.
Siarah Oakleaf by PJD Construction was proudly awarded the Gold Achievement under CIDB's newly introduced QLASSIC system, marking an early milestone in Malaysia's pursuit of construction quality excellence.

2011-2015

PJD Construction was awarded the QLASSIC Anugerah Pencapaian Cemerlang in 2012 by CIDB, in recognition of its excellence in construction quality assessment.
PJD Construction was honoured with the QLASSIC Anugerah Pencapaian Cemerlang by CIDB in 2013, marking our second consecutive year of recognition for excellence in construction quality assessment.
PJD Construction Sdn Bhd became a subsidiary of OSK Holdings Berhad, officially joining the OSK Group.

2016-2020

PJD Construction achieved a 5-Star SHASSIC rating with an 88% score for Rimbun Sanctuary, Bukit Jelutong L2.
PJD Construction rebranded as OSK Construction following the Property - Construction Initiative.
Luminari @ Butterworth Penang was completed 10 months ahead of schedule and achieved an impressive QLASSIC score of 80%.

2021-NOW

Ryan & Miho, Tower A completed 8.5 months ahead of schedule and Tower B an impressive 16 months early. The project also attained a commendable QLASSIC score of 82%.
MIRA @ Shorea Park was completed 13 months ahead of schedule and achieved an impressive QLASSIC score of 82%.
