QLASSIC
The QLASSIC system was first introduced by CIDB in 2006 to benchmark quality in the construction industry. In 2009, OSK Construction’s project Siarah Oakleaf was among the early developments selected for assessment, earning the prestigious Gold Achievement Award. This recognition marked an important milestone in our journey toward excellence in construction quality.
Building on this success, OSK Construction was further honoured with the Anugerah Pencapaian Cemerlang QLASSIC in 2012, reaffirming our commitment to delivering projects that meet the highest industry standards. These accolades underscore our dedication to quality and our drive to continuously raise the bar in Malaysia’s construction landscape.
SHASSIC
OSK Construction received the SHASSIC 5-Star Achievement Award with a score of 88% for the Rimbun Sanctuary at Bukit Jelutong L2 by Sime Darby. Other projects have also attained outstanding results, including a 100% score for LEA by the Hills and 94.06% for Rubica.

PLANT & MACHINERIES
We own more than 68 units across 21 types of heavy machinery, giving us a strong operational advantage throughout our projects. Our extensive in-house fleet, which includes tower cranes, passenger hoists, rough terrain cranes, excavators and cargo lorries, allows for faster mobilisation, greater cost efficiency and consistent quality in every project we deliver. Collectively, our plant and machinery assets are valued at over RM22.14 million, underscoring our solid investment in operational excellence and self-sufficiency.

SELF-CLIMBING PROTECTION PLATFORM
We own 4,663.80 m² of self-climbing protection platforms, representing an investment of approximately RM2.5 million. This system provides robust and reliable perimeter protection, enabling safe and efficient work on large-scale and high-rise construction projects.

MIVAN ALUMINIUM FORMWORK
We own a total of 57,339.96 m² of MIVAN aluminium formwork, valued at approximately RM32.08 million. This advanced system enables rapid and precise concrete casting, producing high-quality surface finishes and exceptional dimensional accuracy.

We own 5,245.05 m² of Aluminium Quick Deck Panels, valued at approximately RM3.36 million. These modular panels provide an efficient, reusable, and high load-bearing solution that enhances safety and supports faster construction cycles.
